New Colors and a Watercolor Stripes update

New colors are hitting the shop on Wednesday!

These 4 new colors will be available as both variegated and self-striping yarn options.

66 Sunset Watercolor Stripes, Mint to Be Watercolor Stripes, Rainbow Vista Watercolor Stripes, Inscrutable Mystery Watercolor Stripes
New Variegated colors (reskeined to show color distribution): Inscrutable Mystery, Mint to Be, 66 Sunset, and Rainbow Vista. All are on Id Squishy (non-superwash merino) except 66 Sunset which is shown reskeined on Superwash Merino Singles
New variegated colors (not reskeined): Inscrutable Mystery, Mint to Be, 66 Sunset, and Rainbow Vista all on Id Squishy (non-superwash merino).
Tomorrow (Wednesday) at 9am the new variegated colorways will be available. You can order them as a dye-on-demand option in the Dyed to Order section. At the same time 40 new pre-order spots will open for Watercolor Stripes. You can choose from any of the new Watercolor Stripes colorways above or any of the past Watercolor Stripes colors. There will also be one new striped color not pictured above. It is based on one of my original variegated colorways, Neapolitan.

All of the self-striping yarns are dyed on Targhee Sock, a 90% superwash targhee wool/10% nylon blend. It has 430 yards and 4oz/115 grams. I would classify this as a heavier sock yarn.
Starting with this update and moving forward, all self-striping yarns will be automatically split in to two 2oz hanks for easy winding and matching of stripes for socks and mittens.

P.S. We're due for a big restock of row counters. They won't be on the website in time for tomorrow's update, but they will be by the end of this week. If you were planning on ordering a row counter along with your Watercolor Stripes order, then please use this link so you aren't double charged shipping.
